Custom EpiDataView and Personalization

I have added a Custom DataTable that have been used to create a Custom EpiDataView on a UD Entry screen (not using the UD data at all here).
The screen is awesome (patting self on back). However, I now have a request to allow the user to move and sort columns in a Personalization (each user may want different columns and possibly hide some). Question:

  1. Is it possible to apply a personalization later via code?
  2. Is there a special way to add an EpiDataView so the personalization gets applied?

Hmm it doesn’t keep personalizations?
I haven’t noticed it doing that…

They can’t move the stuff around on the grid right click save layout ?

It works fine. I should have validated a user’s statement…
