Interesting. Nobody at Epicor (or any documentation that I've been
combing through) pointed me in that direction. That was set up wrong
in our current environment (External Company Maintenance -> Detail ->
Connection). I don't know for sure if that controls the syncing
process, but either way it's better now than it was.
I'm still not sure, however, that the Connection AppServer and
AppServer URL distinguish between Live, Test, etc. The port in the URL
only specifies where the Customer Connect Task Agent is running.
Perhaps the NameServer Host/Service do what I'm looking for, but I'm
not sure what values need to get inserted there.
