Customizations have disappeared from Menu Security

This is happening on two customers, one 10.1.600.3 and one on 10.1.600.5. I can create customizations just fine, they appear in Customization Maintenance, but when I go to Menu Maintenance to attach them to a program, they aren’t there. I can’t manually enter them either.

If I go into Developer mode and open the program, they’re all there, but I can’t make them available to users.

Are your customizations configured for All Companies?

At customer 1 (10.1.600.3) no, they just upgraded from 10.0.700.4 and they all came in with “All Companies” NOT checked and their company ID in the company field (there is only one company). I’ll have to check about the other location, but theirs is a new install and it’s whatever the default action is (also only a single company there).

I just modified one of the customizations at the first location, and now ALL the customizations show up.
