Hey everyone. Is there a way you can manually add parts to the material list in PO Suggestion Entry? I know it doesn’t sound very logical since those suggestions have to get generated to even show up but it would be extremely handy to have a tool where you can simply put a list of needed stuff together that won’t show up for various reasons. Like, sometimes certain purchase parts have to get ordered before a job is even created. So obviously such items wouldn’t show up as needed. Happens to me a lot. And if you are going through a substantially long list of parts, it can take a while to sort things out and get orders placed. Maybe there is another tool like PO Suggestions out there that would help? Any ideas?

Have you considered using Requisitions? They work well for purchasing needs that aren’t for inventory replenishment, including long lead parts or miscellaneous purchases.

Honestly, I never heard of it. I just read about it on some other posts and it sure does sound interesting. Dumb question: Where can I find it?
Never mind, I search for “Requisitions” instead of “Requisition Entry”. I’ll give it a try. Thank you for the pointer!
