Customizing the "Text" Property of a Label Control

Would anyone know why I would be allowed to dynamically customize the “Text” property of a textbox, but not the same property of a label (scenario outlined below):

This would be applied to the customization of a tracker view in a dashboard… not of a form.

Try deploying the dashboard and performing the logic as a customization to the Assembly.
