Form Checkbox text

I added a checkbox to a customization, and it has a label to the right that reads epiCheckBoxC1. I cannot find where to edit that text.

you want to add a custom label and then assign that to the checkbox as the label. The text you see is the name of the control itself. You shouldnt use that property as a label. Resize the cbox so the name doesnt show (17,16) for example.
