Cycle Count with DMT | unable to find tab

Hi Team

Just a quick query

We are wanting to run our cycle count uploads via the DMT version 4.0.6.0, but I can’t for the life of me find the tab which allows me to upload to the CCtag table. I have looked in all the tabs. We have a DMT template for the table. Am I just missing something, or is it hidden inside a less obvious one?

Any help would be appreciated.

If you can’t get satisfaction with DMT, we pull up all tags in Tag Count Entry, go to List view, and copy them to Excel. We then update them from the tablets (we export the tags to a web site and they count them there). Finally, we do a Paste Update back into Count Entry. In the future, we’re looking to see if we can use the REST feature to update them right from the tablets.

We couldn’t find a DNT so we did copy paste update.

The Count Tag Import was added in the July release (4.0.22.0) of DMT for Epicor 10

Any idea how to update it? Our auto update is showing nothing new available

EDIT – Nevermind I have found and installed it. We are good to go, thanks Arthur

If the Auto-Update is not working then you can download the latest version of DMT from the EpicWeb downloads page (Sign In)
