I created a few dashboards and they seemed to be working for most people. However, there are a few users when they click on the dashboard it seems to had been loaded. However, it’s not displaying on their screen. They would have to right click the icon from task bar and set it to maximize before this becomes available. Is there something that needs to be done for these dashboards to show for everyone? They are deployed as dashboard-assembly.
Do the users have dual screens? Does the person who created the dashboard(s) have dual screens?
This sometimes happens when the dashboard is saved on the second screen and the end user doesn’t have two screens. If you make sure you save the dashboard on your primary screen, this will help.

I do have dual screen. So that can probably explain the issue. I will save the dashboard in my primary and see what happens.
