Dashboard Issues

I have deployed the dashboard using Smart Client and removed personalizations, and three people are not able to access a certain dashboard. They have all the permissions and it still will not give them access. Ideas?

Actually, no error was ever given. You were not able to see the dashboard in the menu layout, you had to search for them. Got to looking and found the issue. Don’t know why i didn’t see it sooner, but we had two dashboards in a folder. However, the folder was being labeled as a dashboard in Menu Maint. This somehow got changed during the upgrade. So we turned it back to a Sub Menu and everything works as its supposed too.
