Database conversion program error

That makes sense thanks, but I don't have this 5000 conversion program, so how else can you clear the logs?   I'm running 8.03.408B

This might be related to maxing out our CPU when trying end activity with "saving" stuck in MES.


I cannot use the 8920 conversation program anymore that Epicor provided.  It errors out with "Attempt to update CnvProgs record data exceeding 32000. (12370).


Anyone see this error before?

Logs are full.  Support had me run Conv 5000 : Set Unique ID, it hung up. But it did clear the logs for me.  I don’t think that was the correct Conv we should have ran.

 

 

I do know that I have ran some conv or program from Epicor.
