Date user was added via User Account Security Maintenance?

Is the date when a user was added via User Account Security Maintenance maintained in a table? If so, which one?
We need this for audit purposes.

All I can find is LastLogOnAttempt in ice.sysUserFile.

Out of the box Epicor doesn’t log this anywhere to my knowledge. And I am not sure that you can audit that table with the Change Log Data Directive.
