DEV Vantage Server

Ned, thank you. I will do some digging. This is a VM image so I can go
back but... frustrating! Thank you for your suggestion!

Yes.

Any chance you have a backup copy of your oe100b\properties folder, or
whichever version you are on?

There is likely an error in your conmgr.properties file.

It could be something as simple as a space where there shouldn't be one
or a
line break or an extra . or some other character somewhere in it which
can
throw everything off and make them not appear in the PET like they are
supposed to.

The AppServers were still intact.

So I attempted to re-add the Database server (MfgSys803) in PET but
every time I add a database server it doesn't show up even after a
refresh. I've stopped/started Admin Service for Open Edge and rebooted
the whole box and it didn't change anything.

I haven't had that happen, but I did have a problem with PET now showing the status of an App. I spent weeks with support trying to figure out the problem. Nothing we tried worked. It turned out that the server once had Peachtree installed on it and Peachtree used some of the same Java routines as PET and somehow this affected PET.

Â
I have a development Vantage server. One of our overzealous techs
rebooted it and when it came back up, the Progress Explorer Tool was
missing the Databases.

The AppServers were still intact.

So I attempted to re-add the Database server (MfgSys803) in PET but
every time I add a database server it doesn't show up even after a
refresh. I've stopped/started Admin Service for Open Edge and rebooted
the whole box and it didn't change anything.

Has anyone seen this before?
