DMR Costing Blank Title 76939

I found a help screen a while back that is helpful if you need a more specific answer. If you go to the help screen and do a search on "capture cos/wip", and go to the COS/WIP calculations page, it lays out the (very convoluted) formula for calculation of DMR costs. I have yet to completely understand it, so if you can get to replicating it exactly on a job or part, I'd be interesting in talking to you. A couple of the definitions they lay out are a bit vague.

Hope this helps....

Does anyone know how Vantage calculates the scrap cost from a
non-conformance to a dmr when move cost to dmr is checked?

I believe it just simply does a cost roll up of labor, mtl, burd,
matlburden, etc to the level of the part you scrapped. The costs of
course come from the job building the part, and only includes the costs
present at the time of disposition.
