We are looking to move towards service pro module but we are having issue getting some information on how to get the correct material to see how things flow in the demo database on the Epicor side not on the Service Pro Side as they did a great demo.

Service Pro is cloud-based and has built-in hooks for Epicor. I’ve used it with MT SaaS and the integration worked very well, so my assumption is that it should work with no problems for on-premise.
