When I delete a record manually from the supplier price list - there is a message “Delete Record – Yes or Noâ€.
Do I need to answer this in my BPM?

Yes – but I don’t know the syntax.
I did put an If available then do – Delete VendPBrk.
So do I need to put Delete.VendPBrk.Partnum instead?

I am testing in another database –
This is my code (below) – I put a display in and it is looping but, it is deleting from the table.
What I am missing – any help would be appreciated.
**********************************************************************
For each VendPBrk where VendPBrk.Company = ttPart.Company
and VendPBrk.PartNum = ttPart.PartNum:
If Available VendPBrk then DO:
assign vSubject = "Found Vend Price Break and deleting record " + VendPBrk.PartNum + " " + STring(VendPBrk.VendorNum).
{lib/publishinfomsg.i &infomsg = vSubject} .
Delete VendPBrk.
End.
End.

Test this out repeatedly in your training database… you want to make sure you have the correct criteria… and not delete anything by mistake.
For each tablename where
Criteria….
If avail tablename then do:
Delete tablename.
End.
End.

I don’t know the syntax for deleting records via BPM. Do you have any example or could point me to a document?
Thank you,
