I tried manger as well and received the same message. At this point I’m just going to delete the demo database and try recreating it. I’m guessing something wonky happened during the initial install.

Can you make the changes logged in via manager/manager? I know user Epicor has elevated rights but manager should be sufficient too.
Early on I got told to use “Epicor” as the user and later was told not to and user Manager instead. Epic06 should be valid for “manager”.
Also, unless they updated things in 700.2 if you are using Embedded Education there are many modules that are still E9 but there are PDF alternates for the workshops that are E10 relevant.

I’ve been trying to deploy the demo database but I keep getting the message “Invalid company EPIC06 for user Epicor” when I try to connect the appserver.
Since I can’t connect to the application server to change anything I’m at a loss as to how to correct. Anyone else encounter this?
