E9: Is it possible to update the VendorNum on the PartPlant

I had a terrible time trying to get the vendornum field updated on a workflow i did through Service Connect. I ended up having to run it all through the changePartPlantVendorID method in order to successfully update the field. 

You might need to add some Advanced BPM code, to run it through that method.

We are creating a uDash and there is a PartPlant.VendorNum.  All the other fields are updating , but this field is not.
