We created a group for each person.
Group ID: Last Name, First Name
Group Desc: Department Name
You see the group ID in part tracker browse showing who has it checked out.
Its kind of hard to find - BOM TAB - Scroll browse to right.
Most users need to reorder the columns to see when clicking on BOM tab.
