We are on 'old' version 6.10.541, we did this 'alert' using a BAM Alert, sending customer emails at time of 'invoicing' - using ShipHead table, etc, used 'Invoiced' field to be sure the product has indeed left the building.

Just wondering if Vantage 8.03.04 has the ability to issue email notifications to customer with tracking info at time of shipment? If so can you give me an idea what needs to be done to accomplish this.
