When sending an email from a BPM using an email template the emails are getting through but the recipient name is showing as adrian@ john@ etc. Exchange is then getting upset claiming these are invalid addresses.

It seems that Epicor is formatting it as "adrian@" <gmail.com adrian@...> - I guess so that "adrian@" is the name but exchange is recognising it as an attempt at an email address

any suggestions as to how to stop this?
THat';s a known bug, call Epicor :)

If you get an answer from them, please let me know. I have a similar problem in 8.03.408a and when I call Epicor about it, they always blame Exchange even though no other program has this problem.
