Hello,

We are looking for any ISO companies that have implemented the Enhanced Quality module that would be willing to share contact information to discuss how you are using the Training portion. We would also like to discuss how the corrective actions are being used as well. Since the out of the box solution doesn’t have everything we need, we are interested in knowing how much customization was needed for your ISO requirements.

I have a similar situation; I’ve been tasked with incorporating our Corrective Action Process by utilizing Enhanced Quality. Have you had any luck?

In Epicor 10 Standard Quality Assurance Module, Corrective Action UI linked to the NCR/DMR processing, Department, Users, and Quality Reasons once you set these area the way that suit your working environments, then it is very straightforward to call/enquire the relevant data in BAQ/Dashboard, use BPM to trigger emails/Alerts etc
