For those who use the Help Desk | Case Entry feature to track
customer/quality issues, there is an enhancement request to add the ability
to print out a Case Entry. It is under consideration for Epicor 9.1. If you
feel you would like to be able to print out a Case, you can add your name to
enhancement request 3446ESC.
