Help Desk Print Case

I use Vantage 8.03.305. On the module Help Desk --> Case Entry, if not possible for me to print the case. Because, I don't have the print button or action print. I will need to add a print button, I will need to call my crystal report with the parameter for my case to choose. IF possible to call the report and assign the good parameter as follow my case ?
