Call your Cam, that’s the quickest way to get the disks.

You have to go through your CAM.  Once a webex is setup and they ask you questions with a EPICOR Consultant, they will send put you on the Approved Upgrade and send you the disks.  We should be getting ours soon.

You need to go through your CAM, they are doing a “controlled” release.

They will require a phone call to talk to you, but prior to that they are going to send you a Customization Viewer to install into Epicor, this will count up your BPMs, Customizations, Dashboards, BAQs, Report Styles, BAMS and Configurators and send that information to Epicor in an email. Then they will look at this information to give you estimates on times and costs for the upgrade process during that phone call.

This is one way it was described to a customer I am working with who requested the installation media and their license codes for E10.

“Epicor is implementing a controlled release of Epicor ERP Version 10 to existing customers.  Due to the change in Version 10 to a pure Microsoft stack, this will not be a simple push button upgrade for many customers.  It is imperative for each customer that we collectively understand the unique risk factors associated with the current live implementation.  The process put in place to first evaluate these individual risk factors will both set your project expectations correctly and help ensure that Epicor can manage all upgrade related resources, the combination of which maximizes the likelihood of successful transition.“
