Hello,
our client is using Epicor 10.
when user login, it has choice either use classic or kinetic. classic is ok. when user click kinetic, first very slow to login., second after login, it is all empty no menu at all.

any ideas,

does it happen for all users, if no then check his company rights in security setup.
