Hey guys,
I am having a weird issue where a specific user can’t login to Kinetic Homepage but can login without kinetic. It says wrong userid and password when she tries to login by selecting Kinteic check box at login but can login as normal otherwise.
This is limited to one specific user and other users can login fine through Kinetic.
Reset Password for this user and ask to Re Login.
Secondly, Compare the User Acct Maintenance for this User and other User Accounts.
