I have this too and have made it a practice to stop/start the Epicor Ice… service on the ERP server. This gets things going again. Otherwise they hang in Scheduled an never start.

I have some issues with restoring database.
When restore is done, print preview not working.
I have to restart servers to have SSRS print/preview working.
No error, but when you hit print preview anything and then you go to activity monitor, everything is scheduled but nothing in active tab.
Any thought about it ?
