We have shipping workstations for our shipping users, however, we don't have any printers setup for them, we only have the scales set as devices. We also don't have any printers setup in maintenance.

I have three users who, when print previewing customized or standard Epicor reports, have their generated report appear on another users screen. All three of these users have their own domain login and their own Epicor login. They have each received a new laptop and these are the only users that experience this issue. We have had other users received normal desktop computers and this has not happened to them. Has anyone had this experience? I don't know how to fix this and tech support is at a loss as well. I would appreciate any help and suggestions. Thank you!

No we do not use Citrix. I've been puzzled by this for a few weeks now. It started out with two of the users, then we had a third that got a laptop and he was added to the mix. This isn't happening to anyone else and has never happened before.
Try Company Configuration\System\General Settings, Work Station
Method: Machine Name + User ID.<br>
