Epicor 9.05.600C Update

Yes,
We had several reports modified (RDD dataset changes) and on our system we could not make changes to ANY of the existing data definitions. When we would make a change and add a new table to the RDD we would not get the data via the XML, just would not build the data structure at all.
At this point we have 6 – 7 one-offs from Epicor for each of our forms that got modified and they work very good.
As a note, Epicor changed something in the RDD generation of the data (SQL) and we now get the complete XML file within 4-5 seconds of submitting the job even if the RDD consists of 10-18 table joins – very happy with that performance

We upgraded from 9.04.506 to 9.05600C. We converted our production database and then copied it down to the Pilot database. I created a customization on the Order form and it works flawlessly in Pilot. I export from Pilot, import into Production and the VB fields do not update when the customization runs. It is like they are disabled or read-only. Has anyone experienced this problem?

The only three major issues we have found so far are:

1. The quote form cannot be customized without a hot-fix from Epicor
2. During AP invoice entry you are unable to add a misc job charge without a hot-fix from Epicor.
3. The problem stated above.

The permanent solutions will be out in the next major release. Scheduled for November.

we have been working on 9.05.600C upgrade
regarding the Quote form, we found that none of the data definitions (RDD) could be modified.
wonder if you got a on-off from Epicor - we had them develop (i think) on-offs for 6 of our different business forms.
we did not have issues with the customizations. we are coming from 803 so some issues will not convert as tabs and we needed to re-create them.

We moved from 8.03 to 9.05.600C but i evaluated 9.04 on route. I was
disappointed that some of the 9.04 features did not work in 9.05 e.g

1. AR Invoice - cancellation invoices for shipment and Advance Billings. we get
an error when executing this procedure however it would work for miscellaneous
invoices. In 9.04 this worked flawlessly
2. After converting to 9.05 we had problems shipping our MFG job there is an
issue with UOM conversion
3 MIS Charges Not pulling through into the sales orders from Quote Entry
4 AP Invoice Receipt Match process produces 4GL Stop error Messaage
5 AP negative payment line posts as negative debit instead of credit
6 OM Order has make direct releases, return to job? when leaving a sale order
module

7 SR Cannot determine UOM Class of UOM when shipping from a job
8 AR shipment invoice in zero does not print in the edit list
9 SR Landed costs are not disbursed based on the disburse method
10 Trial Balance Not showing some zero balance GL Accounts
11 AR - Not able to use Cancellation Invoice entry - Waiting For SCR
all issues outstand however i have been told there are one offs but it seems as
if to recompile takes forever and you wait for weeks to receive them.

Do you eperience any of the above? If not is it that you had on offs.
