We have a few users that work at a remote warehouse and use Epicor via the Microsoft Remote Apps function. We have just discovered that the remote apps users are unable to open attachments (PDF's Tiffs) that are linked to parts in Epicor. Guessing it's either a config setting or a limitation of Remote Apps. Wondering if anyone has run into this and found a work around.
