Epicor 9 OpenEdge 10.2A

After going back and looking you are correct these are for explorer
as for why we are not running 64Bit the only reason is that the
original server setup was 32Bit and that was done by my predicessor.

The other day we had a catistrophic failure in a server and now we finally have been given the go ahead to build mirror servers for our mission critical systems. In trying to load OpenEdge to the server I get a not valid SN or Key when using the 32Bit codes provided on Epicweb. When I called Epicor all they want to do is sell me installation not much help. Has anyone out there sucessfully installed a backup or mirror Epicor 9 server any advise would be greatly appreciated.
We have a mirror and are currentl on building another. I contacted someone on Live Chat and they put me all the required files on an FTP for me to download. Might be worth a go.

If you have a support contract, I think it might be easiest to have Epicor send you replacement media and codes.
You'll have to go thru your CAM.
When I have ordered them in the past, they usually arrive within a couple of days.

From what I recall from building test servers, the Open Edge codes are embedded in the setup files the installer on the DVD uses - I did not have to enter any codes for Open Edge to install

What codes did you get off EpicWeb? The only codes I know up there for
download are for OpenEdge Explorer.

Also, if you are on 9.05 why aren't you running a 64-bit version at this
point?
