Have you tried it with just http
and not https
? Could be a certificate issue (wouldn’t be the first)

@hkeric.wci - On the plus side, give a shout-out to the user that actually tried the Help system, before asking IT.
You have to pass the client headers in with the request.
That being said, the actual help site is resolving to: https://epicor-help-prod-102300-westus2.azurewebsites.net/
Our 10.2.500 help link isn’t working either. Geesh, Bart has been gone for only half a day and all HEL-P breaks loose!

Changing my response now. Didn’t realize the search. Search is not working for us either.
Whoops … 10.2.300 also. (I had only tested that help launched) Doing a search yields:
Same result as Calvin, but we’re 10.2.500. OnPrem Epicor with cloud help.
None of my users ever use the help. So not an issue to me.
It should be back up and running, reported it to Support after several back and forths, looks like the Search is functioning again for me.
