Is anyone elses Application Help Search not working? I have been getting no results for the past few days, thought its just me.
Seems fine here but we self host the help.
Not working for me in 400, 500 – no matter what I type in the search it says not found.
using the cloud url https://help.epicor.com/102500/ for example
Not to mention looks like their Telemetry Key is wrong
All good for us, but we are on prem pointed to Epicor’s help site.

I thought I recall that you would get a message about not being called from the Help system.
Yeah the search is not working for us either.
That’s expect when not accessing from the E10 client.
https://help.epicor.com/102300 is working for 10.2.300
Actually it’s not. The help loads, but then any searches yield “No results found”
Changed the help URL in our test environment to the Epicor hosted help. Search does not seem to be working. This test environment is 10.2.400.
But I get the following when using the url for 10.2.300
Odd. You used to have to set a version cookie to get it to work outside the E10 client.

Have you tried it with just
http and not
https? Could be a certificate issue (wouldn’t be the first)
I just tried
http. Same result.

@hasokeric - On the plus side, give a shout-out to the user that actually tried the Help system, before asking IT.
You have to pass the client headers in with the request.
That being said, the actual help site is resolving to: https://epicor-help-prod-102300-westus2.azurewebsites.net/
Our 10.2.500 help link isn’t working either. Geesh, Bart has been gone for only half a day and all HEL-P breaks loose!
