We ran into an issue while login into Epicor. it throws error only for a specific user on Citrix “Record Not Record”
Please share solution if anyone here experienced error.
Is the error “Record not found?”
If so, you could try to cycle the Application Pool and Regen the Data Model. That worked for us when getting that error on Cust Shipment Entry.
There was relevant EpicWeb article, but it seems to have been removed.
You may also need to cycle the Task Agent.
