So here is a scenario, and I am not a Citrix expert so I am not sure where the setting that is not working would be located, any input would be greatly appreciated.
2 domains with trusts set up in AD, individuals can access between the 2 with no issues.
Domain A has Epicor and Citrix installed in it.
Domain B is trusted to access Domain A
Person 1 and Person 2 have “equal permissions” as far as we can tell.
Person 1 is a member of Domain A and can access Epicor with no problem both as a local install and as a Citrix install with no problems of any kind
Person 2 is a member of Domain B and can access Epicor with no problem as a local install and can access Epicor on Citrix, but cannot view any reports in Citrix, xml is generated.
Person 1 can use the same computer as Person 2, logged in locally as Person 2, and Citrix as person 1 with no issues anywhere.
Person 2 can use the same computer as Person 1, logged in locally as Person 1, and Citrix as person 2 and the same issue of generated report but not able to view.
Since there is no problem with the local installation with the permissions and getting reports, I assume it’s a setting in Citrix somewhere because of where and how the problem seems to manifest itself.
Has anyone seen anything like this before?
