Consider yourself lucky. I have reset my password three times and the auto response has given me a username of first initial last name, then upon reset of password it sent auto response saying my username was my e-mail address. Didn't work, so I reset it again. Auto response provided first inital last name as username again. Finally got in. No content.

You got a password. That puts you ahead of me. I am waiting to see the
class schedule. I figure until they can get the site right they can wait to
get my money. I am rather frustrated with the fact that I can't seem to get
schedules, classes or anything education related.

Same here, Cliff. My password usually works for a day or so then needs
to be reset. Once you actually get into the education site, figuring
out class listings etc. is not intuitive. The old website was much
easier to use, without the password hassle.

They had to reset my password twice. Then when I get in I can't see any classes. I gave up. I'm not a financial genius or anything but if I were selling something I wouldn't make it so hard for people to buy it.
