Hi,

I am trying to register for epic web. But we dont have account number in any of our records. We have only the license details. Our implementation partner also dosent give us the account number to register. Have send many emails to customercare@epicor.com; customers.first@epicor.com,but no reply from them. Please some one help where to find this account number in epicor. We are using Epicor ERP 10.

Should be inside the Company Configuration screen.

It’s on all invoices, quotes, orders from Epicor. It’s titled “Customer Code” - mine is a 5 digit numerical code.

Have you contacted your CAM? He or She should be able to push your questions in the right direction and make sure they get answered.
