EWB - New window opens but remains blank

When I go into the Engineering workbench and try to execute ‘Get From Methods/Job/Quotes,’ a new window opens but remains blank.

Is this in 10.2 or some later version?

2024.2.10. Only one user getting this issue.

Any kinetic personalization for this user on that form… Perhaps it needs deleting…

Need votes for a program to remove kinetic personalizations

I mean, hiding isn’t a great solution either - anybody who previously saw or voted for the idea might be looking for it and there is no way to know what happened to it? Why not mark as a bug visibly or comment on it so people know epicor is addressing it and don’t create the same idea again? After all, I created the idea originally (the one I created that got merged with this one) specifically at the instruction of support.

We don’t use kinetic screens yet. We just completed our UAT for 2024.2.10 and found the same thing. I switched the user to “classic only” in his options and this took care of it for us. I know it’s not a resolution to your issue, but we did see the same thing.

Clear the browser cache - blank slide out windows are usually resolved by clearing cache in my experience.
