Export Utility Fields

Info from the Purchase Advisor can come from a variety of places. If you
are asking what you have purchased, that would be in the POHead, POLine, and
PORel tables. If you are wondering if you have Sales Orders open for a
part, this would be in the OrderHed, OrderDtl, and OrderRel tables.
ONhandQty is in the PartBin table. Approved Vendors is in the PartPlant
table.

On most screens you can right click on an empty place (usually near the edge of the screen outside any box lines) and get a list of fields in the screen. Often these are not the actual names in the table (nor with table name) but usually close enough to tell which is which and give some cluses as to which table they are in.

Jim,
Under SYSTEM MANAGEMENT on the Vantage menu (Ver 5.0) you'll
find the data dictionary viewer and report. I think the fields you are
looking for would fall into the purchasing module.
