I've found that recently Epicor's "first line" support people
tend to be less than well informed. Unlike in days past when
you could call and have Matt pick up the phone <g>.
As for your Admin problem, I remember your posts. We have
similarly configured workstations here which do not exhibit
the symptoms you described. However I do not use local user
accounts, all people login with domain accounts.
