What happened to its arm?

Whereas the first Dug monkey has a strap that transitions into a second tail…

Good for you for noticing that, not that he has another leg and foot protruding from between his legs where normally… well, there would be something else.

You people

Something in the water today?

Would love some votes for this DocStar/ECM idea please:

Improve the LDAP import to automatically sync with AD on a specified schedule

Just very odd to me that they have all the plumbing for pulling your users/groups from your Active Directory, but no way to automate or schedule that happening periodically, you have to do it manually after adding a new user.

Ha, I did not! I was thinking at first you meant the second one, where the hand just kind of merged with the leg.

Odd oversite indeed. Voted and updated the OP post to include this Idea as well.

What if a Miscellaneous charge were to be added to the extended value of the line it is attached when you print the forms - quotes, orders, and invoices.

Internal to Epicor - you would have the separate charge - to the customer they would have the single charge.

This would be best of both worlds because you would have separation of revenue for P&L

Is spell check still there? Clearly I don’t use it that much

We have a custom for freight… Based on the customer’s freight setting a misc charge is applied to the first line of the order based on that setting and the order total.

This works for us as we ship orders complete. Probably better ways, but it gives us a gl that the freight goes against

@LarsonSolutions @Hally Essentially I thing we’re saying the same thing. We need some sort of charge that applies to a line item and while hidden from the customer (on the paperwork) it’s accounted for in some way that fits the business need. I was leaving my post open-ended so Epicor could determine the best way because it matters not in the end as long as the result is the same.

I’ll say that we did it our way because we have complete control over the value being displayed - because currency and rounding are not always your friend - and many customers actually check your math over there in Europe.

I love the idea of using the Misc Charge framework to do it. It just has to be able to applied at the line level, on any (or more than one) line for us.

Is this for real??? Why would Epicor think 128 is any better than 135!!! Gets harder and harder to defend Epicor to our user :unamused:

I believe that @JosGreeve’s, emoji was a clue that it was a joke.

Allow Misc Charges to be added to Drop Shipments. Why this is available on customer shipments and not drop shipments is beyond me.

Allow us to customize the kinetic method/data directives screens. This was never allowed in classic and it still isn’t allowed in kinetic for some reason. Why can I just customize this screen like everything else. It would be awesome to be able to expose ud fields for things like last updated by, or links to version control, etc.

This is a great idea.
