Global Alerts and Outlook 2002 pop up message

I have a Global Alert setup on Operations Marked Complete.

With Outlook 2002 I now get a message when triggering this global alert with
data collection.

Do you want to allow this?
If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose "No".

If I allow access the email gets sent.

Anyone know of a way to turn off this popup message?

I thought Epicor and Microsoft were "Gold Parteners", then why is Epicor is
treated as a virus?
