Global Customers Not Linking

All of a sudden a few weeks ago we started not being able to link global customers. I have contacted support but of course its now taken over 3 weeks and today they asked for my database. Has anyone had an issue where this just stopped working. In the multi-company logs this is what it looks like when i fire off the process manually, it seems to start and then just stop...
