I was trying to make the same modification last week, only I was adding the tracking number field. I had tried both of the scenarios Mike had tried and yielded the same results. I would be interested if there is a solution also.

Check the report XML output file. Make sure the data you are expecting is in there. If it is not then it is in your RDD not pulling the info. If it is then I would suspect either the Sub report links are not correct or you have the sub-report in a section that does not logically link to that data.

Subject: [Vantage] Help in adding Subreport to Epicor Report 905.702
I am trying to add a subreport to Epicor's ARFORM. I am trying to add information from Shiphead. I have duplicated RDD ARFORM and added Shiphead, added a relationship to Invcdtl with company and packnum. I duplicated the crystal ARFORM, created a new style and ran the report. I opened Crystal with my new report and INSERT subreport and created a new report using the wizard. I selected shiphead and the fields I wanted to use, placed the subreport group header 2 (invcdtl legal number). Then went to edit subreport links and selected from report fields Invcdtl.packnum. In the lower right hand box I selected Shiphead.packnum. Saved my report and ran it. In the subreport area the only thing I am getting is the heading. What am I doing wrong? I had this working in 904.507a.
I originally tried to just link ShipHead to the base report to pull in the fields without a subreport.&nb sp; After I changed the RDD and ran the report and then reopened Crystal I could add Shiphead but when I tried to LINK Invcdtl to ShipHead and OK Crystal would blow up and close down.
Any help would be appreciated.
