Have Data Directive set up where is the Approver sends back "Approved" then an email is fired off. Except, the emails are not being fired off anymore. Ideas on what may be whacky?
So none of the three emails ever happen?
Do other BPM’s that send an email still work?
We don’t have nay other BPM’s that send emails, so I really cannot say.
BUt this used to work, right? (Just ruling out your email setup).
And when you say, "…Approver sends back “Approved…” do you really mean when they approve it? Or is there some other mechanism in play?
To be clear I’m, hung up on the “sends back” part. Is an email sent by the approver, and the receipt of that email marks the PO approved?
You’ll want to check your SMTP setup too to make sure you can fire off emails. Make a simple directive to test with first.
