How to access Guided Help

We are new to cloud-based Kinetic. I’ve been trying to use the help files and have never been able to get the guided help to work. If I click on one of the guided solutions, absolutely nothing happens. I watched a consultant use the guided help on his system and it walked him right through the steps.
Is there a setting somewhere you have to enable to make it actually work?

Our Application Help kept breaking after every upgrade last year, and I had to work with Epicor at Insights last year to figure out what was broken… there’s a Client Config file that’s saved on the server that get’s pushed out and downloaded following every update/upgrade. They didn’t have the correct Help url in that file - and with the SaaS Cloud environment we have no access to that - so Epicor Support had to set it and save it. Since then our Application Help hasn’t broken for any of our users.

I’m not familiar with “Guided Help” as I’ve never seen anything referencing that in my Epicor Environments.
