How to use a newly created crystal report as a vantage form

Doug,
If it's an error 599, you need to make sure the computer running the
report has the ODBC set up exactly the same as yours, and you will need
to remove the comments from the last 3 or 4 lines of the .vtg file they
use to run Vantage. The comment is the ";" at the start of the line.
Remove them and give it a shot. If not feel free to contact me off list
for more help, we use custom reports with ODBC connections for several
of our reports. I just instituted a new report for Employee Badge that
I created completely from scratch and that works also.
Good luck,

We are trying to do the same thing.

We have been told to utilize sub-reports to bring in
additional information.

But I have still not been able to get them to print in
Vantage. We get a 544 error I believe.
