I have a user who says she needs access to the ability to void a sales order release.
She pointed out the checkbox below, but Epicor says it is not maintainable (See screenshot) The help mentions a “Void Release” button, but I am not finding it. Is Epicor saying that this is a Custom button?
I just learned how to do it. You go to Releases tab and check the box. No going back though. Case closed.
