Sorry, I am on v8, so can’t do anything with your BAQ.

I would need someone to confirm this, but I do not believe those get populated unless you roll your costs. @Mark_Wonsil , for some reason I think you might know the answer.

My understanding is the BOM Cost report is a summarization of Part Costs. It does not roll costs. Kinetic stores costs by Part (and CostID), but not by revision. You might be able to run the Costing Workbench, do the initial load with average costs, do a rollup, and store that into a different Cost ID. However, I don’t think one can pick a Cost ID when running the BOM Cost report. You could export the difference in the Cost Variance report in the Costing Workbench.

I’m not sure what the business requirement for the report is, so these are the only thoughts I have right now.

so meaning @Mark_Wonsil I can only get the cost from PartCost table right? how can I do a rollup?

Costing Workbench does rollups, which includes labor, overhead, and subcontracting as well.

@Mark_Wonsil where can I do this cost rollup?

Costing Workbench in Kinetic.
