10% increase on Insights too?
Hope so! It’s currently in the proposed budget but it’s not finalized until later in DEC so could be cut out the price change doesn’t help as we submitted for the 2025 price. 
Insights this year will be no classic so hopefully some really good Kinetic UI content to really make it shine better.
Ha! If Insights actually went up 10%, I’d be right there complaining with you. Thankfully it’s only a hundred bucks — roughly 6.6%. I promise I’m not secretly here to announce more 10% increases… if that ever happens again, I’m definitely not volunteering to be the one posting about it.
I was just giving you a hard time. Everyone needs a laugh now and then. Even if it is at Epicor’s expense 
I wasn’t really complaining, just more of a Homer like “DOH!” on our part for budgeting for 2026. Didn’t mean to set off your fire alarm.
We’ll see you guys there! This year will be exciting with classic sunset being a hot topic, I imagine.

We had to miss last year because of our new site go-live, but there’s no way we’re missing it this time! We always look forward to Insights—can’t wait to be back and make the most of it this year.

If you missed out on any extended education courses last year because you were busy taking calls due to the (extremely poorly timed) Epicor Cloud outage, ask your CAM for something. We expected a refund for the courses that were missed during the duration of the outage but instead received free tickets this year to Insights. See some of y’all there!
